Warranty
Returnable within 14 days from the invoice/receipt date — only if the original packaging has not been opened:
- OEM ink cartridge (Genuine ink)
- OEM toner cartridge (Genuine toner)
- OEM drum unit (Genuine drum unit)
- All other OEM consumables & spare parts in our catalogue
- Compatible or remanufactured ink cartridge
- Compatible or remanufactured toner cartridge
- Compatible or remanufactured drum unit
- All other compatible consumables & spare parts in our catalogue
If an OEM (genuine) product is found to be defective, the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
Returnable within 60 days from the invoice/receipt date, if defective:
- Defective compatible or remanufactured ink cartridge
- Defective compatible or remanufactured toner cartridge
- Defective compatible or remanufactured drum unit
- All other compatible consumables & spare parts in our catalogue
All returns must be declared in writing to info@kasper.gr and accompanied by relevant photographs. All returns, whether defective or not, must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories. Non-defective products must be in 100% resalable condition.
User Responsibility
Users of Kasper.gr declare and accept that they will not use the store or its content in any illegal, unethical, offensive or malicious manner. They also declare that all information provided during use of the store is completely accurate and correct.
Limitation of Liability
Kasper.gr is not responsible for any errors in prices, specifications or photos and reserves the right to change prices without notice. It is also not liable to users/customers for any damages arising from the execution or non-execution of their order.
In the event of a defective or problematic product, please contact a representative of Kasper.gr and you will be assisted immediately with a replacement or refund.
Kasper.gr does not guarantee product availability as listed on the website but undertakes to notify users if the availability of an ordered product differs from what is shown.
Availability
If the products you have ordered are not available, you will be notified by email or phone of the exact delivery time. If you agree to the new delivery time, please confirm by email or fax. If the new terms are not acceptable, your order will be cancelled.
Force Majeure
If due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we are unable to deliver products or services within the agreed timeframe, we will notify you so that you can advise whether you wish to proceed with the order under these circumstances.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled in the following cases:
- Before the order is completed, you may remove products from your shopping cart during the online ordering process.
- If the order has been completed but not yet shipped, you may call 2312315177 and one of our representatives will handle the cancellation.
- After receiving the product, call us at 2312315177 or contact us by email at info@kasper.gr, explaining the reason for the cancellation.
- If the order has already been invoiced and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

All listed prices include VAT (24%).
