Product Returns
You can return products purchased from our online store kasper.gr in the following cases:
You changed your mind about your selection. The product has not been unsealed/used.
In this case, you can return the item within 14 days from the issuance of the relevant receipt. Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. The credit of the amount you paid is made within 15 days after the item is received and confirmed to be in its original packaging, without signs of violation of the protective tape or any use of the product. Returns are not accepted for special order products.
Case of manufacturing defect from the first days of product use (D.O.A. - Dead on arrival)
If the product is covered by the manufacturer's DOA policy and the respective conditions are met, you can return it to kasper.gr, in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase receipt. Our company in turn returns it to the manufacturer to verify the malfunction there as well. Once we receive DOA confirmation from the manufacturer, our company immediately replaces the product (or credits it, in case it is no longer available). Shipping costs, if not covered by the manufacturer, are borne by the customer.
Return of defective product covered by factory warranty for repair.
In this case, you can send the product to our headquarters for technical inspection and repair. Shipping costs, if not covered by the manufacturer, are borne by the customer.
Product different from what you ordered – Wrong order execution from kasper.gr.
In this case, our company will ensure to cover you as soon as possible with the correct item. If it is not available, an immediate credit of the amount you paid will be made. Additional shipping costs in this case are borne exclusively by kasper.gr.
